Should I Upgrade my Windows 10 computer to Windows 11?

Fulcrum's position on upgrading Windows 10 LiveScan PC's to Windows 11 is decline the upgrade.

We have found that new PC's that were manufactured and sold natively with Windows 11 work best.

Windows 10 PC's that were upgraded to Windows 11 seem to have a tendency to under-perform and have more reported issues. This seems mostly due to inherent upgrade risks/issues or by the increased demand on hardware that Windows 11 puts on the system.

Despite what the minimum specs Microsoft reports for Windows 11, it will require more Ram to get the same performance level a Windows 10 PC would need.
