Select "Sign Up" on the top right of the support main website.
Type your full name and email and click on the “I’m not a robot” box.
You should receive a confirmation message saying that “Activation link has been sent to your email”
When looking in your email, be sure to check all of the mailboxes including, your "Spam" mailbox, or "Promotions" in the case of a gmail account.
Open the email and click on the link inside as instructed
Complete the form with the information requested. Click “Activate and Log In”.
Congratulations! You have now created and activated your account.
