First, submit a Support Ticket (support.fulcrumbiometrics.com) with your registered e-mail address requesting Support/Service. Copy down the Ticket Number created for you, as you will need it in Step 6.
1. Navigate to: https://outlook.office365.com/book/FulcrumBiometricsTechnicalServices@fulcrumbiometrics.com/
2. Select Central Time – Technical Support 1 hour 30 minutes Free

3. Select Date on the Calendar.

4. Select Time. The default is Central Time so please adjust the time on your default calendar to reflect your time zone.

5. Enter your contact details. In the notes section, please specify any special requests including modifications to time that are not listed in the booking interface.

6. Provide additional information.

7. Select “Book” and then watch for email confirmations.
