How to submit a ticket

In order to be able to submit a ticket in our system, you must create an account and log in.

if you have not created an account, you can create one by following these steps.

Once you have created your account and logged in. Click "Submit a ticket" on the top right of this page.




Select the drop down menu icon ▼ and the reason for requesting our assistance





Be sure to fill in all the fields that are requested




NOTE:

"Related Articles" will show on the right side of this screen. Feel free to take a look at them if you believe they may contain relevant information regrading your issue/inquiry. 

Important: If you decide to look at recommended articles, please right click on it and select "Open link in new tab"

This will ensure that you are able to come back and complete your ticket if the article does not resolve your issue or answer your questions.



Click on the reCAPTCHA box and complete the puzzle.




If you have any images of errors or something that will illustrate the issue/inquiry, please attach by clicking "attachment" and attaching the file. Then select "Submit".



You will receive a message stating that your ticket has been created along with a ticket number. You can also make any changes to your ticket in this screen.





You will also receive a notification in the email associated with the account. In this email you will receive a link to view the status of your ticket. Once one of our technicians becomes available, we will reach out to this email or phone number provided.
