Tennessee LSPE Documentation:

Before a customer can go live they will need to fill out a form and send it to TBI, this form will contain the IP address that TBI can use to connect to the customer, Example of Form Below:

Customer will send us this form for us (Fulcrum) to fill out.   We will create the Email address based on

the customers ORI.  That email address will be used to configure ACF and the Email Server we install.

Along side LiveScan, hMailServer and Thunderbird will also need to be installed and setup.

hMailServer:

Download .NET framework 2.0(https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=6041)

Download hMailServer and follow the prompts for install

During install you'll need to setup a password to use to access the hMailServer (I suggest Biometrics!1)
