LiveScan Error message: "Check the outgoing sever settings"
This error usually means that your e-mail password has been updated and needs to be re-entered into your LiveScan application.
In LiveScan, navigate to Settings, Transmitters, [select your Agency and ToT], [select your Transmitter i.e SMTP].
You should see a password box associated with your e-mail address. Ensure that password is correct.
If you are using Google's or Yahoo's "Application Passwords", please re-generate a new password on the appropriate site and re-enter it on this screen. Don't forget to click the "Save" button and choose "Yes" if asked to "replicate [these settings] to all ToTs".
