Nevada: Resetting VPN Password

If you are getting an invalid credentials error message when you try to log in with your VPN Password, this is an indication that you may need to reset your password.

Idemia gave you website to visit to do the first password reset. To reset your password again, go back to this website and reset the password. Once you enter a new password on this website, you will see a message that states, "denied access". This is ok. It just means that your password has been re-set. Go ahead and try to login with the new password. Keep in mind that your username and password are case sensitive. 

If you are still having problems, please contact your Idemia about VPN password resetting assistance. Also notify your Fulcrum account rep and/or submit a ticket in the Fulcrum HelpDesk located at support.fulcrumbiometrics.com.
