As a SWFT user, before you can upload eFP transactions created from either a fingerprint scanner or card scanner, you will need to have established a SWFT account (gained "Access") and then you need to register your device with SWFT and upload a test record. This is something our support team cannot do for you.

If you have already completed all of your other SWFT documentation and training identified in this document, the device registration and testing instructions can be found in section 4.2. Once SWFT passes your test transaction, you will be able to start uploading eFP records to SWFT.
