BioCollect Common Signature Pad Issues

Signature Pad Not Detected

1. Install the following:(Topaz T-S460 and Scriptel 1475)

Signature not in Review Pane and/or not Saving

Ensure you are clicking 'OK' on signature pad.

Check for 'signature saved' message in upper right of the BioCollect signature preview.

Saved Signature

Signature does not fill preview area completely

Known issue in latest version of BioCollect.

Our developers are working on an update to address this issue.
