Launching "Runtime Error 14" - Missing Microsoft C++ Redistributables 1. Uninstall Microsoft C++ Redistributable 2015 if present 2. Install the following: Microsoft C++ Redistributable 2010(32bit) Microsoft C++ Redistributable 2010(64bit) Microsoft C++ Redistributable 2013
Activating While attempting to activate the newest BioCollect you may encounter errors related to this process. [need sample image] This usually indicates an issue contacting the license server or an issue with your internet connection. If error is thrown like above, license.dat file is automatically generated. This file can be used for 'Offline Activation' via Fulcrum License Manager. Contact Fulcrum Technical Support for further assistance with this issue.
