Futronic has changed the FS80 and FS88 design because the CMOS image sensor is no longer being manufactured. The FS80HA and FS88HA are the latest model number. The "H" is used to indicate the change of CMOS sensor. The appearance and outer dimension of FS80HA/FS88HA are same as the previous ones. 

To get your application to work with the FS80H/FS88H scanners, you just need to replace a .dll file (ftrScanApi.dll) with a new version. This will allow your application to work with the FS80H/FS88H as well as backwards compatible with the FS80/FS88.

- C:\Program Files x86\Fulcrum Biometrics\FbF Device Listener\FScanners\NdmFutronic
