Generate FbF Listener different Logs

Step 1: Download FbF Listener and Activation wizard

Step 2: Extract activation wizard folder and run the activation wizard from it.

Step 3: If license dongle is not connected on same machine (where listener will be installed) and getting license from other server machine, run downloaded activation wizard on the server machine too.

Step 4: Install FbF Listener from the download with the correct license server settings.

Step 5: Open Configuration window from Listener’s system tray icon.

Step 6: Goto logging section in General tab.

Step 7: Select “Execution Trace” from the selection box and save the changes.

Step 8: Now try to reproduce the issue so that it can be log in the logging file.

 

NOTE: Logging file will create on below location.

Installation Logging File: <root drive>\Users\<admin user>\AppData\Local\Fulcrum Biometrics\FbF Device Listener\ logfile.txt

Installation Logging File: <root drive>\Users\<admin user>\AppData\Local\Fulcrum Biometrics\FbF Device Listener\ setup logfile.txt

 

Listener Logging File: <root drive>\ProgramData\FulcrumBiometrics\Logs\biodentify diagnostics.txt

Listener Logging File: <root drive>\ProgramData\FulcrumBiometrics\Logs\ biodentify.logging.dblog
