Futronic FS82 Driver Installation:

*Please note, do not plug in the device until after you install the drivers*

 Download: Windows XP/Vista/7 32-bit

Download: Windows XP/Vista/7 64-bit

The driver download will be a zipped folder which will need to be saved locally to your machine.  A good example would be your desktop.

You will need to extract the contents of the folder by right clicking on the folder and choosing “Extract All”

A new window will pop up asking where you want to save the unzipped folder. If you keep the default location, the unzipped folder will save to the same location as the zipped folder.

Double click the unzipped folder to view the contents. There will be 2 installers inside the folder. Double click the Installer for your machine (32-bit or 64-bit) to start the Installation Wizard.

You may get a Security Warning pop up; Click on “Run”

A new window will pop up showing the preparation status for the install.

Once the preparation is complete, you will see a window like below; Click “Next”

The next Window will be a License Agreement; You will need to “Accept” to continue. Click “Next”

The next Window will be a confirmation that you want to install the drivers; Click “Next” to begin the driver installation

The next window will show the progress of the driver installation.

Once the installation is complete, you will see a window like below; Click “Finish”

You can now plug the device into your machine.
